Short…Sweet…To The Point- Journal Entry 1/17/08

Ok, this will be short and sweet this evening. My blood sugars today… 88, 91, 98 and 94.
Breakfast… Handful of (what do you think-yes)… nuts.
Lunch… Healthy Choice chicken noodle soup and a handful of combos.
Snack- 1/2 banana
