A Little Bump Called Diabetes
Long time no see! I needed to take a few days off to clear my head and refresh. And I am now ready to move and groove. I thought I would share a quote that I found in a Prevention magazine.
“I have a different image of diabetes now. It’s not a gift and it’s not a punishment; it’ s like rust in the engine”
So true… We need to think of it as a bump in the road, not the end of the road!

When I was told I had diabetes and the doctor said “How does that make you feel?” > I thought to myself well now is the time to do good things for yourself and take care of you, not everyone else. So I exercised everyday and watched carbs and good results happened. It was a good ole wake up call!!
