Would you use Cannabis, LSD or ‘magic mushrooms’ to help with diabetic ailments?

My most trafficked post ever came just last weekend… Ecstasy, LSD, magic mushrooms and Cannabis aids diabetics ailments. Yes, funny huh? But my question to you is this- do you agree with using ‘natural medications’ such as Pot to help treat diabetes?
