Journal Post 3/1/08- Good day!

Exercise- walked for 45 minutes, swam for 35 minutes, which by the way kicked my butt! Holy potatoes I forgot what a great workout that is.
Blood sugars- 89, 90 and 104.
Breakfast- yogurt.
Lunch- 1/2 pita with turkey, lettuce, shredded carrots on it. 1/2 an apple.
