Less than 3 weeks left for valentine’s day. I just found this article that gives tips for managing diabetes on the valentine’s day. Tips include eating sugary stuff in moderation, taking brisk walks and monitoring glucose levels. Don’t these tips hold good for all days? These tips are from Philip Barnett, M.D., Ph.D., Director of the Comprehensive Diabetes Outpatient Program at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. I particularly liked this one
Be positive. Remember that you control your diabetes; it doesn’t control you.
